We now have a relationship with UPS that allows us to offer FREE shipping both ways and repair of  your unit for one low price - no hidden fees, no taxes and no complicated internet auction bidding.

How can we do this?... Easy:

All you need to do is call or email us - from your information we will prepare and email to you a prepaid shipping label that you print on plain paper and affix to your shipping carton. (If you do not have email or a working printer we can send you the prepaid label by regular mail). Take the carton  to your UPS depot or store for delivery to our US address. (If you are a business you can have UPS pick up your package with your other UPS parcels). Your unit will be delivered to our Service Center where it will be expertly repaired and shipped back to you.  It's real easy and (almost) fun...
