How it works...

Our Prices now include free shipping both ways. All you have to do is call or email us with your details and we will email you a Prepaid UPS Shipping Label - You print the label on plain paper and affix it to your shipping carton, take the package to your UPS store for delivery to our US address. If you are a business you can have UPS pick up the package along with your other daily pickups. Your unit will be expertly repaired and shipped back to you. Couldn't be simpler! Don't have email or a working printer? No Problem! We can send your prepaid label by regular mail.

What to do...

1. Call us toll free at 1 888 803 8523 or email us. We will require the following details:

Name or Business Name, Address, ZIP code, Phone Number and Email. Year and make of vehicle, type of unit (instrument cluster, climate control).

or send us an email... Request Free Shipping Label and Info Now  This email is formatted for you to easily fill in your information. Note: If your email program does not function properly just click on "Contact Us" at the top of this page. Fill in all the fields and state that you would like a free shipping label. Also mention the year and model of your vehicle.

2. We will send you an instructional email with information such as packing, shipping label directions, payment information and  a service order for you to complete and include in your package.

3. UPS will send you a second email on our behalf with your prepaid shipping label that you print on your printer on plain paper. Don't have email or a working printer? No Problem! We can send your prepaid label by regular mail.

Note: We always try to send the instructional email and UPS label within a few hours of you contacting us. If you do not see any emails from us in your INBOX; please check your SPAM or trash folders. Some systems interpret our emails as SPAM (we don't know why).

4. Thats all theres to it! You can now look forward to knowing how fast your going or how much fuel you have!
